"Katie Hynes is an excellent broker. She was terrific to work with - she is very knowledgeable about the market and all necessary procedures. I was selling a condo in a building where several other units were for sale. Katie evaluated all units and helped me set the right price for mine. She stayed on top of all sales activity in the building. She is an excellent communicator-she understood everything instantly, was available by phone and text, and always responded promptly. The condo management company was less than helpful and sometimes difficult to reach. Katie was persistent in communicating with them, even when multiple calls or emails were required to get them to respond. She is very accommodating. Most importantly, she was on top of everything, every step of the way. She followed up on every date, every document, the buyer’s broker and my attorney. When the buyers didn’t get commitment letter on time, Katie was on the issue right away. She negotiated a short extension with myself, buyer’s broker and attorney. She is professional, thorough and accurate. I didn’t need to worry about a thing, because I knew Katie was covering all the details. I highly recommend Katie Hynes. "

"Katie was an absolutely fantastic real estate agent. I cannot recommend her enough. I had been looking for a place to buy off and on for a few years and Katie was always available whenever something came on the market that I wanted to see and always came prepared with information about the property and comparable properties. Sold a Single Family home in 2020 in Randolph, MA.

I met with Katie Hynes and Todd Sandler regarding the sale of my home late February early March just as the covid-19 virus was hitting globally. I went from considering, to listing in just 3 days. Amazing photos and description of my home. Katie kept entire process on track despite all the curveballs created by the epidemic. We made it through all the challenges and Katie helped keep my stress level under control and answered any concerns I had along the way. My husband and I recently worked with Katie Hynes to purchase our first home. A close friend referred us to Todd Sandler Realtors. As first-time home buyers, we weren’t sure what to expect. Katie made the process easy and communicated with us effectively from start to finish. We saw dozens of houses in multiple towns over the course of several months. The market was intensely competitive with houses going off the market within 24 hours. We made offers on multiple homes before we had an accepted offer. Our final offer was accepted while we were on vacation in Hawaii. Katie worked with us while we were out of town to facilitate the inspection and handle negotiations. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had all the information that we needed. She helped us ask the right questions.  Times are changing, we spoke to the older and more established realtors in Braintree who have been doing that job for years and are so glad we didn't go that route. Katie is very internet savvy and did an amazing job....! She handled the sale, every aspect of the sale since we are living 1200 miles away, with unbelievable professionalism, immediate response to calls, text and emails. She sold the house quickly at full asking price and help with the attorney and inspections.....Don't go with the same old song and dance get Katie to do your market analysis and you won't be disappointed.
